We offer a full range of legal services for clients going through a separation or divorce family transition. Our family law lawyers are experienced in the Court Process. In addition we are trained and experienced in Collaborative Family Law and in Mediation. Collaboration and Mediation are alternatives to going to court. We also prepare Pre-Marriage Contracts, Marriage and Divorce Contracts and contracts for people in common-law relationships. We represent clients who have issues about divorce, parenting, financial support, guardianship, division of assets and debts, adoption and child welfare.
